1. “Roller type” circle: It is factory’s patent, other companies’ are tooth type. Our advantages: non-maintenance, great precision of level-off. There is a grease hole, so it’s easy for in-pouring. But teeth type maintenance work can be done only by hand. In that case it’s not convenient and the effect is also not good. Teeth type is mechanical with gap, during its work, when there is outer force, the level precision will be affected.
2. Mudguard: convenient for drivers’ maintenance and repair work. Other companies do not have mudguard.
3. Cab: rectangular, easy for the driver to see the mould board shift, front windscreen will not influence the driver’s field of vision. Acoustics instruments are in the cab.
4. Blade: The size of factory’s blade is 200*20MM，other companies’ are 152*16MM. The factory’s blade life length is also 50% longer than other companies’. The material is 65Mn, other companies’ are just common 45＃steel plate.
5. Frame: factory’s frame is welded with two pieces of 800 ton steel plate by robot. In this process numerical control bending machine is used. The type is streamline, so it avoids stress concentrate. It will never rupture. Other companies’ frame is welded by hand directly with four pieces of steel plate.
